Silence Therapeutics and Intradigm Complete Merger

Silence Therapeutics plc, of London, and Intradigm Corp., of Palo Alto, Calif., completed their merger. The combined company, named Silence Therapeutics, brings together both firms' RNAi delivery technologies. The company also raised £15 million (US$24 million) via a subscription and placing with institutional investors and the investment vehicles of major pharmaceutical companies.
