Threshold Reports Trial Results Related to its Hypoxia-activated Prodrug, TH-302

Threshold Pharmaceuticals Inc., of Redwood City, Calif., reported trial results related to its hypoxia-activated prodrug, TH-302. To date, of the 38 patients assessed, 12 patients (32 percent) had a RECIST criteria partial response, 22 patients (58 percent) achieved stable disease and four patients (10 percent) had progressive disease. The results were presented at the 2010 Gastrointestinal Cancers Symposium held recently in Orlando, Fla.
